Rarely do you get to go out & party, listen to good music, kick it with good people (like yours truly), and all the while be supporting a good cause. This Friday from 10PM – 2AM at MarBar (40th & Walnut, above Marathon Grill), you can do just that. In conjunction with World AIDS Week, Philly’s own Ethel Cee presents “Spread”, a benefit for the Philadelphia AIDS Fund, featuring local acts like the legendary Bahamadia, Hustle Simmons, TuPhace, Zap & Castro, DJs Ultraviolet & AfroDJiak, and live art done in the building by the fabulous Stacey “Flygirrl” Wilson. If that’s not enough to get you there, cover is only $10 and there are complimentary drinks from 10-11PM. Come out, have a good time, support a great cause!
